  • New Zealand Shipping w/ tracking number (AU$) $18
  • International Shipping w/ tracking number (AU$) $26

There are also express shipping options available to all countries.

Our freight prices do not include local import duties and taxes.

Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied.

Express shipping 2 business days* (must be located within the Express Post network)

International
Standard shipping 10-15 business days.
Express shipping 5-7 business days.

We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. *This is out of our control.

Pre-orders

Orders that include a 'PRE-ORDER' item will not be 'split-up' for shipping. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date

Orders Without Tracking Number

Nothing But Amor doesn't take any responsibilities for orders that are sent without tracking number

RETURN POLICY

  • You can return the product within 7 days of delivery.
  • To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
  • Want to switch to another size of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.
  • If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.                                  Customer will pay for returning shipping costs

    It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Nothing But Amor and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.


    RETURN CONDITIONS

    Returning A Package

    Please choose carefully as all purchases are not refundable, we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind. 

    Want to switch to another size of the same product / Transport Damage?

    - E-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the size you wish to receive in exchange.  

    - If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

    We are is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

    Please provide us with a tracking number. Nothing But Amor suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

    Unclaimed Packages

    For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Nothing But Amor reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

    If a parcel is not claimed in your local post office and it is sent back to us buyer will have to pay for shipping again

     Cancellation

    Cancellation of orders that have been already made is NOT POSSIBLE
